Thank you for shopping with Eveningverse. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping procedures. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Order Processing Time

Processing Period

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. This processing time includes order verification, quality inspection, and packaging preparation.

Quality Inspection Process

At Eveningverse, we believe quality matters. Every item undergoes a thorough 3-step inspection before shipping:

  • Step 1: Fabric and material quality check
  • Step 2: Stitching and construction inspection
  • Step 3: Final appearance and packaging review

This extra step ensures you receive a product that meets our standards, but it does add time to the processing period.

Peak Season Notice

During peak shopping periods (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day), processing times may extend to 5-7 business days due to high order volume. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Weekend & Holiday Orders

Orders placed on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Our processing team operates Monday through Friday.


Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping

  • Processing Time: 2-5 business days
  • Shipping Time: 10-20 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 12-25 business days from order date
  • Tracking: Included with all orders

Express Shipping

  • Processing Time: 2-5 business days
  • Shipping Time: 5-10 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 7-15 business days from order date
  • Tracking: Included with priority handling

Important Notice

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to carrier limitations, we may not be able to ship to certain remote areas, PO boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO). If you're unsure, please contact us before placing your order.

Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.


Shipping Costs

How Shipping is Calculated

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your shipping address and location
  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method (Standard or Express)

Shipping Rate Changes

Shipping rates are subject to change without notice due to carrier rate adjustments. The rate displayed at checkout is the final rate you will be charged.


Order Tracking

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your Eveningverse account to view order status and tracking information.

Tracking Updates

Tracking information may take 24-72 hours to update after shipment. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.

No Tracking Updates

If your tracking information hasn't updated after 10 business days, please contact us at support@eveningverse.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and provide you with an update.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International Orders

For orders shipped outside our domestic region, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply. These fees are determined by your country's customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Not Included in Order Total

Customs and import fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost. You will be responsible for paying these fees upon delivery or when notified by your local customs office.

Customs Processing Time

Customs processing times vary by country and can add 3-10 additional business days to your delivery time. We have no control over customs processing and cannot expedite this process.

Refusal to Pay Duties

If you refuse to pay customs duties or import taxes, the package will be returned to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and your refund will be reduced by the original shipping cost.


Shipping Issues & Problems

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at support@eveningverse.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Check all possible delivery locations
  • Contact us within 7 days at support@eveningverse.com

We will work with the carrier to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, please:

  • Take photos of the damage and packaging
  • Email us at support@eveningverse.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed (beyond the estimated delivery window), please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and provide you with options, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.


Order Cancellation & Modification

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the order may have already entered our processing queue and cannot be cancelled. Please contact support@eveningverse.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Order Modification

Order modifications (size, color, quantity, address) are subject to availability and must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After processing begins, modifications cannot be made.
